Meat-eaters are called carnivores, plant-eaters are called herbivores and both plant and meat-eaters are called omnivores, what about egg-eaters? Egg is absolutely not a plant nor meat.

An animal which only eats eggs would be a carnivore.
Eggs aren't flesh, but they are meat.

Eggs alone do no constitute a healthy diet. Vegetables, protiens and carbohydrates are neccesary for a healthy, balanced diet. Many vegetarians eat eggs and fish, some also drink milk, it's a matter of choice.

If you want a technical term they could be called Oviroids.

I think it's a horrible term, but it's true.
