ALI G u r talkin about mark boucher huh???U r saying he is already....*** on u can use the word already to dhoni or any other new player but boucher has been playing international cricket for nearly 10 years and check his performances. If he is a very good one like gilly time is more than enough to have a better record.Look at his record. How many ODI centuries has he scored?????? hwbt Gilly just check. So in batting boucher is nowhere near to beat gilly.I'm not biased
I know boucher is a great keeper.Equal to gilly.

Who told you that Sangakkara and Gilchrist is in two levels.
Sangakkara is a better batsman than Gilchrist.Gilchrist may be better in keeping.
Both are in the same level.

Sangakkara is the more complete cricketer. Although these keepers may never reach the hieghts of Gilchrist, they will leave a lasting legacy for there respective countrys.
Sangakkara at this stage is the leading cricketer of the two. He is a brilliant keeper and an explosive bastmen who also has a very good technique in defence.
The way Sri Lankan cricket is, Sangakkarra will be playing for many more years (e.g. Jayasuria) this will allow him to brake many wicket keeping records
Dhoni in the other hand is still youn and is new to the world stage (cant wait to see him tested against the Aussies in test cricket in Australia)
His career can go both ways, his career could fizzle out like many other top Indian players or he can lead the next generation of Indian cricket and leave his mark as the greatest Indian keeper of all time.

Among Sangakkara and Dhoni, Sangakkara is the most experienced and matured player. He cam play defensive as well as attacking cricket. He is also better than Dhoni behind the stumps.
In view of what is explained above, I consider Sangakkara as the better competitor to reach the level of Gilchrist first.

Gilchrist become the more beneficial efficient batsman. Gilchrist ought to are available and play the innings that wins the experience for Australia like his fifty seven ball century at Perth hostile to England and his 204 no longer out off 213 balls hostile to South Africa the position it were given Australia to the winnable position in a consultation. Sangakkara is solid at playing lengthy innings, yet he's not as solid at taking a pastime removed from a team like Gilchrist become.

Of course ,it is not that only one player can reach
Gilchrist's level
2 players can do so in peace, for that matter even 3,4,5....
So,the slot is open to all,and can be occupied by many at
a time
