Yes you can. Once you have completed your Diploma or Advanced Diploma course from TAFE SA, you can apply to any universities in Australia to continue your study for Bachelor Degree. You may also get some exemptions/credit transfer from the subjects that you have successfully completed.

However please be aware that you will also need to have a fairly good results in your course. For example, it is not good to fail the same subjects twice, or finish your course longer that what it should be, even though you have completed your course, since the university usually rejects such applicants.
