When you say people do you mean more than one. I am assuming you do, or else you would have said person. Unless you read this constantly how would you know what people have asked? Maybe people are hoping to find more answers from other people. Just a guess.

They think they can trick the people who didn't answer their question the first couple times they asked it to answer it the tenth time. That or there's a subliminal message hidden somewhere. Watch out for that.
