i am clueless on where to start, how do i get a loan i have no colatteral? do i need to get a liquor license and if so how much? if someone could list step by step that would be great.

4. Atrract multi racial. One night Rap, one night rock, one night country.
5. Good DJ really makes a good party.
6. Don't be afraid to bartend when a bartender is behind.

Have you prayed about it, to see if the Lord would want that. So many people die from drunk driving. It hurts to see that.
