I thought Senator John McCain was going to run for president?

I don't think the deadline has passed for him to announce, yet. First they have to announce. Then we have the primaries, in which people elect who of the Democrats will be the Democratic candidate, and who of the Republicans will be the Republican candidate. THEN, in Nov. '08, the big day hits.

I thought so too, but after the President campagined in So Carolina and his people were calling to remind the voters that McCain had a black child (Without saying he was adopted) I lost all respect for McCain when after that he still kissed the Presidents Butt.
McCain went from hero to zero in my opinion.

He will and he will lose. Not only is McCain an expert at pandering. He's corrupt. Just look up the Keating 5.

He announced formation of his presidential exploratory committee, but hasn't made a formal announcement yet. He will, since he's the front runner for the Repubs.
