Please think clearly about your strengths and weaknesses. Your strengths will include educational background, experience (if any), your current activities (educational), where you are situated etc.

Please look for the job based on these points. If your expectations are in-line with your credentials, you will get a job. Be in that job for some time and collect as much as experience about the working environment, rules and regulation etc.

About your percentages, I feel you may not be concentrating properly on your studies or you are not understanding the basics properly. Please get help from the professionals in your field to understand the basics and everything will be all right. Try understaning basics in a common person's language and perceptions.
