You need the "Ding King".

If the dent has round edges, often a regular plunger, Wetted first, will work fine. Slip it gently over the dent, and pull fast and hard. If it has squared edges, it's harder to get out. sometimes you need a slide hammer, but then you have a hole to fill. try to get behind it if you can and pop it out with a fender hammer or a metal block. but just tap lightly or you will push it out too far, or leave little tap marks. slow and easy is the way. Mommy2be is right, you should always try a plunger first, it's amazing what they can pull out, without causing further damage that you will have to clean up.

If it is a small dent, with no crease, heat the surface up with a heat gun. Once the metal is nice and hot to the touch, take a piece of dry ice (wear gloves or hold it w/ a towel) and press it to the dent. If the dent is small enough, this will cause the metal to shrink back to its original state.
