Well excluding Aarmin Van Buren-type mixes the longest single song in my collection is: Bow to Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva by Jin Long Uen recorded 1996 at fifty minutes and seven seconds.

Pink Floyd "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" 17:32 is the longest rock/pop song in my iTunes
but Jazz/Classical/Opera works can be classified as one song so that's like a whole album worth (an hour or so)
a marching band played for 46 hours straight to set a guiness record...

No one stands a chance to "Tweezer" by Phish. The version from the, A Live One CD, goes over the 30 minute mark. Not to mention it was recorded live, without the stops and punch-ins they do in the studio.
