What will be future problem to both of them?
They love so much to each other. Is it right for both of there health in future? What will be the scientific cause?

What does blood group has to do with getting married? I know ur not allowed to marry ur own siblings.

Having the same blood group (or type) is not a medical problem and there are no health problems that can be encountered by a married couple by having the same blood type. There will be no problem or risks in parenting a child.

The only time that you can have problems is if your intended spouse is related to you by blood. You cannot marry your brother, sister, cousin or any other close relative because of the risk of birth defects. It's also illegal in most places. I'm sure that if you discuss your fears with your parents, they will tell you the same thing.
