i m preparing for an exam in US.can any1 tell me what extra things i should do to get good univ n easy visa?

I m a doctor n singer too.is anything related to music is present wich can help me to get through the exam to become a good doctor there.i mean i want some extra work in field of music so that i can get a better university there.

It is very difficult to get admission to medicine in USA for Indians. Even NRIs willing to pay find it tough.
