No, I never did rin a marathon, but I RAN one once, come to think of it!
It was called the "Running Sucks Marathon," and it was 1/10 of a mile long! That is all the farther we had to run to get to the party at the end of the marathon, with lots of booze and food! That party went on for hours and hours, and THAT was the REAL marathon!!
