we are sheep, plain and simple. we are the hosts for which the parasites live off of. by making the system seem complex and unworkable, they expect you to accept your circumstances and get back in line, quietly slaving away, where you belong.
anyone that dares say something that is not pleasing or acceptable to the "powers that be" will most likely end up secretly destroyed in many different ways.
audits, raids, harassment, etc, etc. -these are a few of the tamer techniques used to quiet the instigator and keep the herd controlled. if you don't believe me, go ahead and try.....fool.

Oh, but there is.

You see, we have the right to vote, we (as citizens) elect our Representatives for our areas and districts. If we have a complaint, we just wright to our rep. If they don't do anything we jump higher up the food chain (in short, it's called a chain of command).

Not that they will do everything you ask them to do, primarily because they have too many people to satisfy. The one thing to remember about this wonderful country, is the fact that majority rules; that's why we take vacations for Thanks Giving and Christmas, because let's face it, do you think the Native Americans want to celebrate Thanks Giving? What about the atheist, do you think they want to celebrate Christmas?

So again, the best answer I can give you is, there is a complaint department and it's your district rep, you can find his or her information in the telephone book. Good luck!

And if you really want to make a difference and strongly believe you can make a difference, then do so. Run for some type of office and establish your self.

There are many ways a citizen can complain or voice an opinion to the government in public ways. First, locally, you can attend city hall meetings every week. Call before hand and arrange to be put on the agenda. That will enable you to publically speak in front of your city council. As for state legislation, you can join like-minded voters as citizens' groups, attend legislative committee meetings that are opened to the public, and you can attend open sessions of the state legislature and sit in the gallery. You are also free to correspond with your representatives by mail or email, you can also do petition drives, protests, & actually visit your reps at their offices, whatever level of government. Nationally, you can do the same thing. You have freedom of expression. That means you can demonstrate, petition, write letters/emails, attend sessions, visit offices of your representatives, and most of all you have the right to register as a voter and to get more involved in the campaigns of those candidates who shares your views. Last and best: VOTE!

You can always write to a senator if you're in the US. They get plenty of complaint letters...but you can say anything you want. If you'd like to give an opinion, they will take all ideas into consideration. But you must understand government is a big business...and they get to this stuff when they can.

You can always go to the ACLU (American's Civil Liberities Union) if you think you've been mistreated. They'll try to help.

annamika I think you r an INDIAN.. You can use this link below.. http://goidirectory.nic.in/stateut.htm .. This site is a complete directory for government agencies and their web sites.. You have right to give complaints and have right to know information from any government agencies... It is what called as right to information act... So, search everything you want... even though we are fortunate enough to contact government officials from our desk... Unfortunately our officials still don't realised that their duty is to serve the people... So, before giving complaint Know whether you are having enough patient.. It may take months, years, or even decades. for our officials to know what is your complaint is about... What I think is better we do things by ourself. because I am not patience enough to wait till my grand son get relief and answer of my complaint... There are so, many villages and towns in our country, who never expect anything from government and start building schools, colleges, roads, drinking water facilities by themselves. By using the fund from their sons and daughters working in abroad... See, time is very precious..

Yahoo Question and Answers provide you the chance to air your grievances. Better if you file your complaint in court so that it will be legally acted upon.
