I have been trying and trying to get my Wii online. I'm using the official Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector (which works fine with my DS), and after getting some errors I disabled all firewalls and anti-whatever software. This only created more problems.

Here are some notes I made while trying to resolve the problem:

Using Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector to connect the Wii to the Internet.

My computer's security system is Norton.

All Norton programs enabled brings up Error code 32002.

Having Norton Autoprotect + Personal Firewall disabled brings up Error code 32004.

Having Norton Antivirus + Autoprotect + Personal Firewall disabled brings up Error code 32002.

I've tried searching the 'net, looking at various forums, checking wiierror.com, checking nintendo.com, checking EVERYTHING.

And NOTHING IS WORKING. D:

...Help?

Same thing happened to me, tried EVERYTHING and NOTHING seemed to work... Finally called my Internet provider who also tried everything and had a Nintendo person on the other line to try and help us out, still nothing until we called Nintendo ourselves at 1(800)255-3700 between 6AM and 7PM Pacific time.
Hope this helped somewhat and good luck!
