ok, I have some money that I plan to spend on some type of gold jewellery. I have my eye on two items, a ring and a pair of earrings, but I can only afford one of these. The earrings are 22 karat, dangly and are extremely opulent. I will only be able to wear these on a dressier occasion. The ring is only 14 karat, is $100 more expensive (overpriced!!!), less decorative, but I will get more wear out of it. Which one should I buy?

I also want this piece of jewellery to stand the test of time - something that won't look silly over the years. The earrings are of an indian design, and the ring is beated gold that forms a shaft over the finger.

What is the point in spoiling yourself if you are going to be practical? Go with the earrings!

EARRINGS!!!

You might even be able to dress them down with a really nice top, heels, and a pair of jeans - versus a formal gown.

Have fun!!!

Keep shopping. If you are having this hard of a time deciding, you haven't found the right piece yet. You will know it when you see it. Your brain will scream at you, "THAT'S THE ONE!!!!" Get that one.
