Ok, I'm not good at homework problems but I can help set it up, thank you for being lenient with me....
At your rate of 5 1/2 miles per hour burns 740 cals per hour, then if you do 3 1/2 hours per week, then multiply 740 by 3 1/2....If you increase the miles per hour, then you can increase the 740.....if you increase the duration of exercise, then you can increase the 3 1/2, etc.
Your answer is 740 times 3.5. Plus all the added calories burned while your metabolism is up in the zone, if you are in your heartrate area, ie, while doing other things like watching TV or shopping or getting groceries, etc.

740 * 3.5 = 2590
(edit) If you are looking for amount of calories burned total, and you have the calories per hour, you just multiply calories per hour by the amount of time. Think of 'per' as 'times' (multiply) and it will make sense)

some babies just spit up. Most doctors say there's no reason to do anything about it and most things you try to do don't help much anyway. This might be the beginning of him being a baby who spits up or this might be a rarity for him -- I have no idea why. Perhaps his tummy is just a little upset. Are you breast feeding? If you are, it could certainly be related to something you ate. No reason to really try and eliminate the food that might be the culprit, unless he gets fussy. If you are formula feeding him -- spitting up is definitely more common in formula fed babies -- there's really nothing to do. Some things you might try (that have only limited success rates) are: not feeding him quite so much at once, being sure to burp him more, keeping him not in a lying down position after he has recently been fed, changing formulas. The main thing is if he's not upset by it then it's not a big deal at all. If he ends up being a kid who spits up a lot -- even then it is rare that he ends up not getting sufficient nutrition (somehow they still get enough!) -- and it is only if he stops gaining weight that doctors deal with this issue in any aggressive way, like medication. Generally it is completely normal and welcome to motherhood!
