u can go to www.google.com...
then select language tools from that...
in the new page that appears u hav an option for translating a web page from one language to another...
in that type in ur web page address n chose the translation language....
n click on translate...

Yahoo has these things called plug-ins. Go to your yahoo messenger and click on "actions" scroll towards bottom click "choose plug-ins"
