It's in the heart of downtown, right in the middle of Pike Place Market, the Waterfront and Pioneer Square. For about $50-60/night, you can get a private room.

The cheapest in downtown seattle i could find was Eighth Aveune Inn on Orbitz for 62.00 a night

6th Avenue Motor Hotel ain't a bad place to start.....they'll negotiate.
5 blocks from downtown.
