It sounds like you have a nice plan...however its been do a million times.
You want to show her that you like her, then do something original. Do something that gets her attention (but don't draw too much attention to her if your in public) that lets her know its from you and how you feel about her.
That's how you win her over.
But if you still want to go ahead with your plan, then do what you got to do.
For flowers you might not want to "do" roses cause that's more of a couples thing. Try Lilly's or Tulips in a bright color. Most women love them.
The cards a nice idea - (don't go crazy in it)
The cupcakes is a great personal touch.
Maybe skip the teddy bear, that's a little much.

GOOD LUCK!

AW that is adorable. Sounds perfect. For the flowers I would go with either an assorted bouquet (fairly inexpensive at grocery stores), carnations, or a single pink rose (pink because you're still getting to know each other; in my opinion red is for couples in love).

Let us know how it turns out!

nicely, if this certain lady you want is a girly lady, then a wide filled animal would make her smile. (I actual have continually wanted one..) *tear* yet when she isn't into that style of stuff, roses or goodies ought to do the trick. in case you opt for to pass intense, you ought to hand make a Valentine. you ought to shrink out 2 same hearts out of pink (or pink) paper. Then, take a needle, and poke about 20 - 25 holes around the perimeters of the hearts - yet make efficient they're align. Take pink thread, and thread in and out of the holes, to make it appear like it truly is sewn at the same time. previously you're finished, go away a couples holes no longer sewn at the same time, and positioned cotton balls in the middle. stitch up some thing of the holes, and there! you grants her your heart. How wonderful. :)

You can get her black roses, it doesn't matter! The fact that you're getting her flowers, a card and cupcakes is enough. By the way, there really is a such thing as black roses. That's unique!

Learning The Language of Roses: Understanding the Meaning of Different Color of Roses
When gardeners and flower lovers select from the many roses available, they may not be aware that each rose is imbued with a different meaning. If more people were aware of this, they would surely select a different type of roses - one that revealed their true feelings. Whether you wish to create a rose garden design that expresses a certain mood or you simply want to select the right rose for a special occasion, you will want to know that different colors of roses traditionally have different meanings:

Red roses have traditionally signified true love, passion, beauty, and courage. However, they can also suggest respect and congratulations. A single red rose is a universal symbol of love and is an accepted way of saying “I love you.” A thornless red rose is meant to express love at first sight.

White roses have traditionally meant innocence, secrecy or quiet, sacredness, youth. They can also be used to say “I miss you.” They are often carried by brides to connote a happy and pure love. White rosebuds are thought to symbolize young girlhood.

Pink roses have traditionally been given to communicate thanks, happiness, admiration, honesty, and grace. Pale pink roses are sometimes given to express sympathy. The pale type of roses can also signify sweetness. Dark pink roses are traditionally given as thanks.

Pale purple roses are sometimes called lavender roses and sometimes referred to as lilac roses. In either case, they can symbolize love at first sight or enchantment.

Yellow roses have long stood for friendship, joy, new starts, freedom, welcomes, remembrance, jealousy, and delight. Yellow roses are traditionally sent to new mothers, recent graduates, and newlyweds as a type of congratulations. This type of roses is very much prized in Texas. Yellow roses with red edges have often stood for new love or deep friendship.

Peachy roses traditionally communicate appreciation, gratitude, agreements, and sincerity. The paler type of roses mean modesty while the darker variety are sometimes used to express desire.

Orange roses signify desire and enthusiasm.

Black roses do not exist, but florists sometimes create black roses through dyes. These express death and goodbyes.

Now that you understand the basic meanings of the colors of roses, you can use this knowledge in rose gardening. Simply by selecting a different type of roses for your rose garden design, you can make rose gardening symbolize some of the feelings and ideas you wish to express. By selecting roses based on the symbolism of their color as well as their beauty and scent, you can develop a rose garden that you enjoy even more. Each time that you look at your rose garden, you will be reminded of the ideals and feelings that you are trying to secretly express.

You can also express your feelings directly to another person by making them a gift of a single rose or a rose bush in a particular color. Maybe you can even send them a poem with your surprise gift.
