It is possible, i do not know what it is called, but I do know that a test has been done on woman of various ages that percieved themselves to be fat. The test consisted of standing in front of a large mirror, and drawing their own outline onto the mirror. Girls/women with a tendency towards eating disorders drew themselves a lot larger then they actually appeared in the mirror.

You always see yourself in a different perspective then other people do, and you can see something "bad" about yourself while other people actually like that aspect of you. To give you an example, a good friend of mine has a crooked smile he really hates, but everyone else finds it very attractive.

I say you should actually see a therapist, before it gets out of hand!

It is usually a symptom of drug or marijuana use. The barrier between the dream state and conscious state has become porous.

I'm thinking you mean schizophrenia. That's generally speaking when you see/experience hallucinations.
