How do the Intellectually weak serve the Intellectually Strong? Such as in Business, life etc. If you could give an anecdote that would be great thankyou.

The weak intellect can and will embrace all sorts of mind-cluttering trash as gospel and, in an effort to appear intellectual, foist it off on all they come in contact with. Personally I would think this is the kind of question asked by a person that thinks they are intellectually "strong" and that will some how empower them to control the intellectually "weak", but in life I don't see any such rule, unless you end up saying something like the people running things are "strong", and the ones following are "weak". The truth is that there is smart people on both sides and lots smart people work for some pretty dumb people. Some people like to lead and some like to follow, and both are needed.

And this "strong" and "weak", is very bad use of terms, maybe to avoid smart and dumb or maybe leader and follower, or whatever. The key here is that even if you are the smartest person in the world you probably rely on many "dumb" people to supply your food, water, and shelter, and you would probably die without them.

I would suppose it gives us a feeling of superiority. I had a grocery store for 16 years and have dealt with many people without an education. Don't take me wrong. Never once did my wife an I act like we were better or smarter than they were. I suppose that is why they always came back. The number of people who couldn't read was incredible. One of the biggest things they have to struggle with is the difference between Shampoo and Conditioner. They couldn't tell the difference and would have to bring it to the counter and ask which was which. Especially the ones who packaged them in the same color bottle. They primarily shopped by look and color. It's amazing how they can cope with their disability. In rural Arkansas this is a disability and at the time the schools were graduating these folks even though they couldn't read. Since we've retired, I don't know if this is still a normal happening or not.
We treated these people like everyone else and they seemed to fit in as would anyone else and they loved it. It made them feel good and it made us feel good also.
Being unable to read I would think is the worst handicap there is. I found later after getting to know many of them that these were actual handicaps. They couldn't see the letters as we do. There was no special education classes at the time and no way to know about their handicap in the school. They would just pass them on through as though to get rid of them.
