...instead of our 2-D tv's, we will watch programming in Holograms. Is that ever possible?

It's really amazing the technology has come along way and what the future holds.

It's possible. I actually just had a dream about that last night. I think it will be a long time until it's in 'every' home but it could happen someday. Chances are that they will come up with something even better than that that we can't even imagine now.

That would be so totally cool if they did of course the first 5 yrs they would probably cost so much that only the verry rich would beable to afford it. Then the day before there schedulled to go into market for everyday folks like you and me they'll be some cosmic desaster and the world will end depriving us of actually owning one of our own.

Hopefully; holographic friends would be much better than the cardboard cutouts I currently hang out with.

I believe it is going to a home entertainment option someday.
Expensive, but an option none the less.

Wouldn't surprise me. Can't you imagine seeing some shot or beaten like they were in your living room? I think that would freak me out!

well, it's not impossible. i think in general we are already heading towards enjoying ourselves with something more real than surreal, so technology so far hasn't stopped at nothing to achieve that.
