Okay, not to be geeky or anything but the last and final harry potter book is coming out in july...in previous books it has stated that Voldemort and Harry can't both be living, one has to die.
Do you think she'll kill off Harry or Voldemort??

There's little doubt that you-know-who must die. The question is whether Harry survives. If I knew I wouldn't tell.

As much as I hate to say it, Harry will die, in my opinion. I don't want him to, I'll be over the moon if he survives, but somehow he'll die. Maybe not because of Voldemort directly, but what I'm thinking at the moment is a senario where Harry kills Voldemort once and for all, then a Death Eater emerges and there's a battle, Harry dies, his friends/followers get revenge, they all live happily (without Harry) ever after. Maybe not that quickly though. May I share some more theories of mine?

I think:
1.Draco will cross over to the right side.
2. Snape is evil and is not to be trusted.
3. Lucius will die.
4. Narcissa will join Draco on the right side, maybe even save Harry at some point. Oooh, another thought, maybe she'll sacrifice herself for Draco?
5. Mcgonnagall will die.
6. We will be led to believe Hagrid is dead, but he'll be back.
7. There will be a confrontation on a hill between Draco and Harry (I don't know where this came from, but since I decided Draco will turn out good, I've had a mental picture of something happening on a hill. Analyse that lol)
8. Bill and Fleur's wedding will go without a problem, but right after trouble will start.
9. Harry & Ginny are soulmates like James and Lily.
10. Ron and Hermione, same.
11. Fawkes will come back.

I have a million more, but I've bored you enough. Have a good one.

examine Harry Potter. that's plenty greater efficient than Twilight. that's plenty greater complicated and exciting which you will quickly be thinking why you even enjoyed Twilight interior the 1st place. It basically would not discover ways to the magic of Harry Potter.

yeah i love harry potter and whoever is giving everyone thumbs down sucks.. don't click on questions about harry potter and then just give everyone who gives an honest answer a thumbs down! lame...

anyways, i really think Wormtail has to play a big part in the end of the story.. i mean, he Owes Harry big time. i also think draco won't necessarily go to the Good side, but he will ultimately be too Chicken to do anything (unless he makes a rash decision because he is afraid of being called chicken.. anyways...=T).

i have a theory that Fawkes was entwined w/ Dumbledore somehow, PLUS remember how he said "as long as there are those loyal to me, i will always be at hogwarts"? well, since phoenixes are an animal that comes to life after death, i think dumbledore somehow will show his presence. and i Also think that while there is something as a HORCRUX for the dark side, there's gotta be an anti-horcrux for the Good side, u know? dumbledore was supposedly the best wizard of the time, so he must've known some advanced magic that no one else really knew about.

i think bellatrix might die... and as for snape, i'm still on the fence: he may have been playing his role as a double agent, truly serving dumbledore and spying on V; he may have been a triple agent, pretending to serve dumbledore but really serving V; or he may have been a quadruple agent, pretending to serve D pretending to serve V but Really serving D! hahahaha.... i think if that's true, then snape Had to be mean and play on his dislike/hatred for the potter's Because V could use occlumency and try to delve into snape's memories... and if he keeps fueling that hatred at James and annoyance at Harry, then snape could easily fool V into thinking he hates harry, when in fact he was protecting him each time...

blah blah blah can't wait for the book! :)

Harry has to win in the end. One of the main points she's been making through all the books is that love triumphs over evil, and it would totally go against all of that if Harry died. I guess he could potentially die if he took Voldemort with him, but I don't think he will. Killing off a character that's that loved by that many kids would just be sick. I still haven't gotten over Dumbledore dying, and I'm an adult. The last book is going to be traumatic enough just knowing there won't be another one.

I am a Huge Harry Potter fan.
From my predictions, when Voldemort is on the brink of killing Harry, Wormtail (due to fact that Harry saved his life) will save him(Harry), and Harry will kill Voldemort.

I'm a huge fan of Harry Potter. I'm worried she's going to kill Harry. I remember reading somewhere that she wants to end it so there is NO WAY it can ever be continued in any possible way. So I'm guessing somebody big has to go and that would be Voldemort or Harry because they make "Harry Potter".

You are not geeky..I am a middle-aged ex-Marine who loves the Harry Potter novels. If you ARE geeky, what does that make me? Anyway, I don't think Harry Potter will die, but it wouldn't surprise me if he did. One thing that JK Rowling has done is that she writes the books HER way, and that may make them "traumatic" to some younger readers, but it makes them better books in the long run. Voldemort is definitely toast, though. What I'm hoping is that JK Rowling will make full use of the characters that she has created. For example, Hermione being smart, the twins being clever(imagine if they decided to become belligerent?), and so on. I'm hoping that Ms Rowling will see that her "younger" characters are MUCH more dangerous than the old "Order of the Phoenix".

I have read all of the available Harry Potter books several time and I have enjoyed them immensely. I think they might both die. It just seems like she has been hinting around that Harry will die.
