For the small things that irritate you at home put a bit of time aside to organize. Address things that bother you and devise a plan to change them. For example, sort items by catagory and put them in a labelled storage box or bin for easy, quick and hassle free locating of items when you need them. Reduce the clutter by getting rid of things that you don't need or don't use. Don't procrastinate with the small stuff (eg. cleaning dishes)...do it immediately to save frustration later. Also very important to realize that the small things aren't the end of the world so you should just let them slide off your shoulders - don't sweat the small stuff!

I am a busy finance person as well and in a stressful position. The best thing I ever did for myself was take up running. Taking part in a physical sport that raises your heartbeat three or four times a week will improve your overall health, reduce your stress, make you feel more awake and just really awesome in general.

Also ensure you plan on doing something fun, something just for you at least once during the week. This will help your happiness in general.

Planning and time management is key to ensuring that you are able to do what you need to both for work and for your personal life. It is hard to find and maintain the balance but once you do, don't stop. Good luck!

JUST LEARN TO IGNORE THE PROBLEMS.
THINK IN A NEW WAY; START MAKING A POINT TO YOURSELF THAT IF SOMETHING IS IRRITATING ME IT MEANS I AM NOT ADAPTED FOR IT, SO IT WOULD BE BETTER FOR ME TO GET ADAPTED TO THE GIVEN SITUATION. TRY TO IGNORE,
LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO MAKE A CONCERN FOR EVERY LITTLE THINGS.
