TOOK A SHELL AND MOTHER BOARD TO BROTHER WITH TWO STICKS MEMORY AND 120 HARD DRIVE FOR SOME REASON MY HD IS NOT MY MAIN DRIVE SO I CAN NOT LOAD ANY PROGRAMS DUE TO LACK OF SPACE IN LOCAL C: I CAN PUT THE PROGRAMS ON HD BUT THEY FAIL TO COMPLETE OR RUN WITHOUT WINDOWS BEINGTHERE.

my c drive was partitionond at 758 mb and it has operating system on it.the rest of the hard drive is not partitionend i can put any thing i want on it but with out os no programes will run from unpartitioned part of hd.and you cant fit much on 758 mb.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Your C: drive does or does not have the operating system on it? If it does, clear up space by moving whatever files or programs you don't need to the other drive. If the C: drive does not have the operating system on it, try creating a virtual C: drive.
