I bet someone is playing a prank on you... When your computer first loads quickly go to start the run then type cmd and hit enter.. this will take you to your command prompt, when in there type the following and press enter

shutdown -a

which stands for shutdown abort... then you have to go in to control panel and look for the icon with date, time language and regional options... one there you will see to your let corner scheduled tasks, click on that and if there's any tasks in there named shutdown then delete them.... if this is not the case then you may have to reinstall your operating system or at least do a system restore..

try windows boot disk if that works then reinstall windows or reboot into safe mode and do a restore point and if the boot disk doesnt work then unplug everything you have on the mobo including the ram and hookup the harddrive and one stick of ram and turn on the computer and if it does same thing then it is ram. if works fine with one stick of ram try the other stick to make sure it works that is if you have 2. and then start installing nic card modems and everything else one by one till you find out what is causing the problem.

I think you've got some viruses in your computer and looks like they've crashed the windows. You should try to call your computer company (whatever it is like Dell or HP).
