I've got a TV tuner card would I be able to use that? Or some other software?

I am trying to use FRAPS but it's not capturing any video or screencaps. I don't know what's wrong? Is there anything else?

FRAPS is the best in this field. Go check out FRAPS's website. There maybe some compatibility issues.

There's a program called FRAPS. It will record video on any OpenGL program.

Fraps is loose, however the loose version has a limited time to seize, I forget how long. specific you will locate the finished version on piratebay however, once you're a criminal kind. that's the classic for shooting ingame video.

nah, a tv tuner doesnt effect recording, you have to buy extra software, do some research, it varies.
