HIV/AIDS is the biggest problem in India.
Corruption, poverty and behaviour can always be fought and overcome... but HIV/AIDS is a silent killer and continues to spread at an alarming rate.
Unlike the other problems you have mentioned HIV/AIDS is taking its share among the youth and our arm forces also with many family affected. It will not be long that the whole world will be affected wholly by it.
This is a BIG challenge today for everyone, If we DO NOT have a CURE for it then at least we can prevent it from Spreading Further.
I think this the a PROBLEM where everyone has to be involved in overcoming it. Sooner the Better.

I think people due to their behaviour are becoming poor and for becoming free from that poverty they are doing corruption and due to the money coming from that corruption, they are getting diseases like HIV/AIDS. So at first people's attitude must change. They should not be helpful for corruption and should be aware of thae diseases like HIV/AIDs. They should be able to do any work and should become a middle-class person. They should not think of their own development...they should think of nation's development. Then only there would be no questions like your question in our country.

Poverty.
If you have the money to get a proper education, you would be able to learn about HIV/AIDs and how to prevent it. You will have less chance of being in poverty, and as for corruption you'll have that attitude that will enable you to do something about it.

Like in every still developing country the biggest problem is the corruption, weak institutional organization, bad execution of laws even well-formulated, poverty, inequality, lack of justice, freedom etc.
This is not only the problem of India but each country with weak economy and government has such kind of problems.
P.S. "Spell check" sometimes, please.

frankly ,i think ,none of the above..its our huge population which nullifies every effort we make for progress.but our efforts to rectify this problem get eaten up by our corrupt people at power.
