Can't really do that with Japanese.
There are 3 "alphabets", as you may know, in Japanese; kanji, katakana and hiragana. In case you don't know, katakana is the phonetic alphabetical system used to replicate the sounds of foreign words. So things like "fork", "knife", "napkin", and foreign names fall under this alphabet. If you want to know how to say your name in katakana, that's simple. It's ジョン マイケル。
But that katakana in itself has no meaning. It's just the Japanese equivalent of how to sound your name.
Kanji, however, is quite different. It's Chinese characters, each with their own unique significance, and each with at least two different ways to read. For example, you have 国, which means "country" or "nation". It is sometimes read as "kuni" and sometimes read as "koku", depending on the context. There are TONS of different kanji which have the sounding of your name, so I recommend just searching through a kanji dictionary and selecting the ones you like, if you want a kanji name.
