It drives me crazey that this lady that have not talk to her daughter for a long while and her daughter dies and she get on tv and say it was drugs and the people she was with how does she know how she was living and the people she was around anna nicole did not have very many friends and it is a fact that the promblem started when she was a child and the mother should have said it was my fault that we were a hill-billy family and that i drive my daughter to depression. that women should take the side lines because she has no room to say or talk about what next is she going to wright a book or try to get that little girl look what anna went throw that mother should want to come with peace with anna and instead she is killing her more

Because she's her mom. It's crazy, I agree, but people feel sorry for her since she lost her daughter so they let her have her 10 minutes..Death and Hollywood. Drama at it's finest! And people love to hear about drama. Not sure why this is, just is. My heart breaks for her little girl and how she will never know the love of her own mother. Really sad.

First off I dont think Any one should Assume she died of Drugs ,Maybe it was a heart ailment form All the Depression and lawsuits and especially her son dying just months ago.... Above all Blood is Thicker THAN Water.... Her Mother which is baby Dannilynns Grandmother) Should Be able to have Temporary Custody of the baby UNTIL the Damn DNA tests Eliminate all the potential alleged Fathers who are Claiming to be just that...I don't understand why the Guys in America Wont take the DNA test and at least have a leg to stand on as ultimate proof they are the Father or as to be Eliminated from the possibility in the mean time this is a Sick World we live in people the poor Anna Nicole is lying there dead with no Funeral Arrangements from ANYONE yet I don't understand what the hold up is Either she is MARRIED to Howard and it is Legit or it is NOT so there for if it is Not a Valid Marriage in the United States Turn her Body over to her Mother for a Proper Burial an give her the Respect she deserves .... or is this going to turn into another Terry Schiavo event and have the Idiot Husband Howard Cremate her?? I find it a bit Ironic that he was THERE when here Son Died and Now her too .. maybe he had something to do with it...

I have been looking at Anna Nicoles genealogy and all I have to say is no wonder she was the way she was! Her birth mom had her at age 16 and she had already had one baby! The baby born before Anna Nicole was a child that she had with her step-brother of all people. According to Texas marriage records she has been married to 5 people and she is 55 years old!
I can't believe that she went down to the Bahamas to stake her claim on her granddaughter. According to Wikipedia, Anna Nicole was raised by her aunt, not by her mother. I would say that giving any kind of custody to Anna Nicoles so called mother would be detrimental to that innocent baby. She failed her own children, what makes her think that she can be any kind of role model now? It is evident that by Anna Nicole putting Howard K Stern on the baby's birth certificate that that is who Anna Nicole wanted to raise the child.
As far as going to Florida to claim Anna Nicole's body, I can understand that. Being a mom myself, I can't imagine not having a say in what is done with my daughters body, especially if she wasn't married.

Like it or not, it would appear that the mother is her next-of-kin, and the closest living relative to the baby. In the absence of a will, that is generally the person who makes the arrangements for a deceased person in the U.S. The sister would also be close kin, of course, and may have equal claim under the law to determine what happens to the child, as well as Ms. Smith's estate.

Ok first off, having had drug problems myself, and having a mother that is severly addicted to rx pills, AND knowing about addictions, it was NOT her mothers fault. It doesn't matter if your family life is crappy, anna still chose to do the things she did. We can not go around blaming every problem we have on the ppl and circumstances around us.
Secondly, reguardless of there relationship, that is still her daughter. I am not saying in any way what she is doing is right, I think ALL parties involved are handling this poorly. Look at Howard Stern. He got paid lots of money to do the interviews on ET and the insider. He's basically profiting off of annas death. Where is the morality in that? I am going to go on a limb and guess that you are not a mother. Reguardless of your relationship with your children, in most circumstances you still love your kids, no matter what happens. And wish them no harm.
Lastly, you are blaming her mother for her problems. Yet Howard stern was her "partner" they were supposedly going to legally marry, and he supposedly loved her. If we are going to blame anybody here, wouldn't it be him? He could have gotten her help, he could have insisted on it. I am not even talking about drugs, you say yourself she was depressed. Wouldn't he, as her only true friend in the world be some what responsible for getting her help? Now i'm not saying he killed her, nobody knows exactly what killed her. But you said yourself that annas mother has not spoken to her in over 10 years, so how could she be to blame? IF you are going to blame anybody, blame those that have been around her in the 10 years her mother has not. Blame the media, especially ET and the insider for PAYING HER to humiliate her, and expose her private family drama on national television. In anna's mothers defense, all the shows she has appeared on don't pay for interviews. The ones Anna and Howard have appeared on do pay, and they pay WELL.
But I think we are getting past what is really important here. there is a 5 month old baby girl here, who is totally innocent. She's gone through hell, and she's not even potty trained. And on a side note, if we do want to point blame on mothers, look at what anna's done to this baby. Parading her on national television, putting her through court battles that she has no right being involved in. If anything, we should all pray for Danielynn. Anna is gone, and at peace. Danielynn is still alive, and will suffer greatly if the adults in her life don't get there acts together.

don't think anna nicole's problems came from being a "hill billy." but i do agree that it is sad that her mother is getting nationwide attention b/c of her daughters death.

i want to say i agree with you 100%. i believe they already found out that drugs weren't involved but they aren't releasing just yet what happend.
its a very sad moment. i personally say anna's life went from a funny joke to a joke gone really bad.
she never got a chance to enjoy her new child-because she was to busy morning her sons death..and that's what killed her.

THATS not true anna has had some contact. BUT it was anna that turned her back on her mother. IT was annas mom that asked her to stop the drugs. YOU WAIT I BET IT WAS A DRUG OVER DOSE.

she did try to come to peaceful terms w/ her even before all this.....she said it was drugs years ago, she should not try to make money off her death, ...........but her love for her daughter is real , she has been begging her to come back for years
