I have the cable needed.
I don't want to buy mobile phone tools I am looking for a free way to do it... like a program or something?
I don't have texting or picture sending or email on it so please don't suggest those...

You will probably need the usb driver for your phone, since you haven't specified the model, you will have to do a search for that. Bitpim seems to work with quite a few motorolas, you can look at what models and download at http://www.bitpim.org
P2kCommander may work, but it needs motorola software update to communicate with the phone, these can be found at http://www.hacktherazr.com
You also may be able to find something at http://www.howardforums.com

If its like mine go to tool, select mass storage device, then connect to pc and you should know what to do after that

you can not get what you want unless you buy a connector that will transfer a data to your comp. the best gadget is the bluetooth.
