So many celebrities have so much done to there face, tummy tuck, breast implants, and so on. A lot of average people are doing it too. I feel one day I am gonna wake up to a world, where everyone has the perfect face, and body. And for people like me who have not had plastic surgery, are gonna feel like the ugly duckling next to them. Its kind of unfair, how do you compare with what is consider perfect? Not that I compete. People who really need it, like birth deformity, and burn victims, is understandable. But the percentage is growing every year. And now there is everything you could possibly think of, its crazy. Does anybody agree? I like to know what you think. Nothing is wrong with plastic surgery..to a degree.

because us being the mindless human beings we are get sucked into the fantasy world thinking we'll be happy if we have that 6 pack abs, or 0 inch waist, or breast augmentations, every where we go we are told that we are not good enough unless we have the latest products, we're conditioned that way and it will never stop, supply and demand. the bottom line is money, nobody gives a F***, 4,000 starving children leave us per hour while billions are spent on bombs creating death showers!

I think the main thing is to be yourself and forget about what other people are trying to do to themselves. How you perceive yourself is all in the attitude. I'm certainly no size 6, however when I put my heels on and strut down the street, I know I fine, and I tell myself that all the time!! Your confidence is what makes you beautiful. Just because these celebrities are going under the knife and trying to become "perfect", remember, they have just as much issues as we do!! We all can't be perfect, if we were, we wouldn't be so unique. Besides, I don't want to look like everyone else, do you?!

thats a good song you should watch the music video. and yes, its crazy how the media portrays people - especially women as these perfect people...i dont think they show all the photoshopping though. everyone craves to be perfect and do whatever to get that way but the truth is no one is perfect and we should accept who we are.

I agree with you. i think it is sad how it seems like everyone wants to change something about the way they look. nobody is ever going to be PERFECT thats the joy of life. and its sad because everyone thinks that in order to be beautiful they have to look like the picture perfect model when in REALITY thats not the case at all.

Everybody likes beauty, it's our way of attempting to transcend the material world.
It's not crazy, just unrealistic and unfair.

It doesnt matter if they have the money to do it let them spend it, by the way its easy to tell the real from the fake, natural looks better.

It is crazy. Such a shame people have such low self-esteem they need to take drastic measures when in the end they still won't be happy with themselves.

have you seen these "perfect" people without make up? it aint so pretty. the magazine photos use lighting and airbrushing to look perfect.
