Dieting is a good option. You could also look into bariatric surgery or go to a bariatric clinic. There are apetite suppressents or programs you can go on to control your calorie intake. Some of the bariatric surgeries are stomach stapling, the lap band, liposuction, etc. Hope that helps.

I found a metric body mass index calculator (since you are using kilograms to measure your weight) that the CDC put up on their webpage. You should put in your data and see if you are even clinically considered overweight or how much. This is one of the first things any bariatric clinic will do. I kind of doubt you are 4.11 meters tall because that would make you like 7 feet tall. If you were 7 feet tall and 143 pounds, you wouldn't be overweight at all. Because I'm not sure of your height in meters, I will just give you the link to the calculator:

Here is a link:

Do alternate days fasting and run on the day when you eat. If this way you spend, you definitely loose 15 kilos within a month. However, eat good food and healthy vegetative only because, doing fast with other than meals is good for health and not oily chapathi, idly etc which increase your calories. Hence, eat only fruits and maximum better fasting every week a day is good for health. Hope before June, the you are whole and not hole without expection. Make sincere effort.

No there is not. You can watch what you eat but you still need a way to burn off the calories you take in. Unless you are prepared to be on an incredibly strict diet, with no sugar or junk food at all, you will probably not lose any weight.

Think of it like this - you can't keep putting gas in a car and not drive it anywhere. You have to drive the car, to use up the gas, so you can put more gas in. You can't just keep filling the tank over and over cause pretty soon the gas will have no place to go, it'll just spill out everywhere.

When i was 18 yrs old, my weight was 140LB (63KG) and now even i am pregnant 32 weeks, my weight is 60KG.
Why are you asking question in Pregnancy? Are you pregnant? If you are, do not try to loose weight right now. If not, mind and body works.
Your mind has to be steady. Do not indulge yourself for sweet treat or something after you are eating meal. Try to eat fruits and vegetables rather than hamburgers. Everything has to be balanced. You do not want to exercise? Why not? In order to loose weight, you need to exercise not only your mind, but also your body. Watch your calories. Try to cut heavy food. Don't try to eat full of your stomach. Do not drink lots of water while or after eating meals. Target on one reasonable weight and try until you get there. Top of all, 1. eat fruits and vegetables 2. Meat (no fat) 3. cut sweet treats and high calories food 4. exercise (walking helps if no other heavy excercise you want). about 30-60 minutes a day. 5. Drink water but not right after meal or while eating meals. Do not depend on Diet pills like Anna Nicole (trimspa). But rather take vitamins like Centrum. It doesn't make you fatter. It helps you stronger and healthier

You can try liposuction or even taking diet pills, but to be honest the best and health way to go by it without any side effect is exercising. Yes I know alot of people dont like to exercise but if you try it for 30 min a day or even take 2 mile walks i guarantee you see results. Just motivate yourself to do, even take a buddy with you

Drink 1 glass of water after brush. Don't take breakfast in morning. In-place of break fast eat carrot and cucumber. By this way I loose my 2 Kg of weight in 1 month. Don't take any Alopathy medicine. It will harm you because Alopathy medicine always has side effect.
Best of Luck to loose weight.

Diet pills to control appetite and join weight watchers. Its good support. drink green tea everyday without the sugar. Also instead of working out, clean your home, take the stairs when you can and park far away from where you want to go. You will get a little extra workout wthout even noticing!

U should have low calorie light dinner comprising non fatty food,
by 07:00 pm, do not eat thereafter. Go for long walk, specially after dinner. U may loose weight, but your body toning needs excercise to improve.

It's not safe to lose weight while you are pregnant.

If you're not pregnant the only other way is to cut the amount of food you take in.
