Asthenozoospermia is low motility of the sperm. That is sperm moves slowly which might reduce the chances for conceiving. But this condition occurs when low sperm motility is less than 50%.Since yours is 62% than nothing to worry.Anyways you can improve your motility by using unani medicines. for medicines can contact on www.unanidoctors.com
