Site that lists scam/fraud websites?

I signed up for "free services" from a website and never got my confirmation password. Yet the survey that I filled out worked and I have now gotten solicitors calling. Have I been scammed? Is there a website that lists known frauds?

It's best to avoid these so-called companies that will do that. There are entirely too many scams out there today. Just as Christie stated in her comment, "you should never have to pay to get a job".
