i jus have a few qns abt cocoa butter.. 1stly,which brand is better fruit of the earth or palmers? 2ndly, i just bought the fruits of the earth cocoa butter cream with vitamin e.. i've used it on my face and it seems to be working good but my fren said that it may cause breakouts.. is that true?

I use Palmer's too. Bacteria does cause acne, but products can clog pores and help acne out. I have heard shea and cocoa butters clog pores, but for each person it differs, right? All you can do is try. But I do recommend sticking to face products for face and body products for body.
Palmer's is so good... smells like chocolate, is inexpensive, and moisturizes without being too greasy.

I personally use Palmers, but I'm sure that Fruit of the Earth is just as good. I only use it occasionally when I have dry skin, or slight razor burn. It's also good for scar tissue.
I don't use it on a regular basis, because it is a moisturizer; adding oils to your skin. So, yes, it will cause breakouts if you use it regularly, but it's very good for those times when your skin really needs it.

Your friend is probably correct. Cocoa Butter is not hypoallergenic nor non-comedomgenic which is a fancy way of saying it may clog your pores, causing white heads, blackheads, enlarged pores and breakouts.

Palmers is better, and only bacteria causes breakouts. Products and foods may cause allergic reactions or eczema.

I use fruit of the earth.
You should not be putting this on your face, that is what moisturizer is for. It's much too heavy for your face.
