in tagaytay. there are lots of good places there. climate is also good for activity. same in baguio. in teacher's camp, if your group is fond of ghost hunting. i've experienced being haunted in teacher's camp.

Our company mostly held our seminars including team building at Concorde Hotel in Baguio City. But there are also venues within Manila like Danarra Hotel in Quezon City or around Manila just like:DAP, Tagaytay City, Caylabne Beach Resort, Cavite
Sabangan Resort, San Juan, Batangas and some in Laguna.

Baguio City, particularly around the Burnham Park. We conducted own team building activity during our management training course starting from a public park . Each team was given each mission. Completing every objective, we are given another clue to go another place to find another objective until we reach that lake to find our final mission. It was fun and our team won! Baguio City is an ideal place to conduct such physical activity because the temperature is cool.

I can recommend La Corona in Laguna around 2hrs drive away from Manila. You can contact JLT Travel & Tours at tel# (632) 3631139 or 3657602. They arrange team buildings. We went there last year for team building. and also they can recommend other palce with team building facilities. pls check my profile for further assistance.

Try MMLDC in Antipolo City. Very near Manila and the place is very nice and conducive for team buildings.

try fontana leasure and water park in clark pampanga about 45 mins away from manila... villas not hotel rooms for accomodation, function rooms (huge ones), spas, sports facilities, world class golf course and water parks and at the end of the day a casino for your... the feeling of being away from the city is here since the place is inside the base and it is really green and sprawling. we had our team building there last december.

You probably don't want to go to far so I recommend Caliraya Recreation Center. There are lots of activities and team building games that you can do. You can go for a day trip, or overnight trip..
