Both of my low beam headlights went out at the same time. The high beams still work. This leads me to believe there is a seperate fuse for the low beam lights. Does anyone know where the fuse is located and how I can identify it?

If memory serves, the headlamp fuse is located in the engine compartment in Grand Prix vehicles. Look for a black plastic box, about 12 inches by 5 inches, lifting the cover should reveal several fuses and relays. The best bet is to look at your vehicle owner manual, and find the location there. In a pinch, if you cannot find the box, take the car by your local dealership, and simply ask for them to point it out to you.
Good luck.

If the lights are like my 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix, you have to buy a new bulb assembly from your local auto parts store first. To change that out, open the hood and look inside. The new lights have "lenses" where the bulbs fit right in the middle. Look for a piece that looks similar to the new bulb assembly you bought, and you'll see there's an electrical plug on the back of the one in your car. Look more closely and you'll see a ring (should be gray in color) that you need to turn counterclockwise to get the bulb out. Once you loosen that ring, you may have to jiggle the bulb to get it out. After you get it out, pull it out of the electrical plug, put the locking ring on the new bulb, plug the new bulb in, put the new bulb in the hole in the lens (be careful, it has slots so it's only designed to go in one way), then once you have it all the way in turn the locking ring clockwise. That's it!

Well, the gentleman above me is mistaken.

Technicaly, the don't have a fuse. They have self resetting circuit breakers.

They're small rectangular aluminum covered "fuse sized" breakers. Usualy located in the fuse block under the dash, or under the hood.

It could also be a bad relay.
Either way, I don't exactly know where they are on your car..
