Well I can't give you a website, but there have been many stories about the following: After the fall of the Soviet Union, many very educated people from Russia and other former Soviet Republics immigrated to western countries to escape poverty. A lot of these people had advanced degrees from every conceivable discipline. However, many of them made more money driving cabs and the like than they made in their home countries working in the fields they were educated in.

Though feminists will disagree, the one most common factor found in whether a family is impoverish is not race, religion, or ethic makeup, but whether there is a father in the home.

As for cites, I recommend you take the time to research it yourself. I've worked with divorced and single father, who are denied access to their children, so my opinion would not be the best. You will find references made by feminists how it isn't true, so all I ask is that you research it yourself and make up your own mind.

And when someone says all the children that are on welfare because their fathers don't pay child support, that is a lie right from the get go, as 15% of children on welfare are part of an intact family. Also, according to Judge David Gray Ross, the head of the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement under Clinton, the majority of child support is paid in full, but 60% of fathers are denied access to their children. He got replaced soon after making that statement.

education as in academics only is not the answer to alleviating poverty. even today, we see the most influential and educated people grumbling about poverty but doing nothing about it. it is alleviating ignorance and superstitions that will rid us of poverty.
here's a quote for ur help- "Education is not a way to escape poverty - It is a way of fighting it."
