yeah let you sue county and municipalities, but not state, maybe sue a federal agency or state for letting her get fat lol, if an attorney sues for hamburgers, milk, oreo cookies, scratch, calling you a slur (worth millions) ok for "attorney" to do, but if you do pro se will be held against you, but it is ok for an attorney to do lol

i believe it was justice stephens on supreme court one time that filed a dissenting opinion on why it is ok to sue counties or municipalities or agencies, but not the state itself, how about politicians for right depriving laws

the food guide pyramid was not created by the government, although not many know it was created by the dairy industries long ago to make people believe milk is a much needed part of there diet. It actually isnt and can cause bad health situations with time, cow milk is meant for cows, not us.

Well let me know if you can...I'd like to sue them for taxing my payroll check and taxing the food I buy at the market for taxing the places I go eat in public and oh well...let me know please!
