Just seems that I'm not tired lately and could stay up all the time, it's 2 am here, and here I am!!! Any thoughts on help to get "tired" would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, I don't have any idea what caused you not to sleep by this time.. I pressumed you must be thinking of something or you're just excited for tomorrow's worldwide celebration of heart! It's Valentine's Day. Oh, excuse me if you don't believe on it. Kidding aside, what I can suggest is first.. Pray for grace that you can sleep and Read the Bible if you can... Breathe well while standing for about 5 minutes and drink milk... Hope this will help you.. God bless you.

Mmm. I have no idea, but I'll take some of that energy.

I usually don't sleep 'til 4 a.m. (I'm a grad student and tremendous night owl.) But I get up at 10 or so.

Try giving yourself a massage. If you have a tennis ball, give yourself a scalp massage (roll it around on your scalp and on your ears and neck). This usually puts me out like a light because, when you're relaxed, you realize how beat you really are. Stand up against a wall and put the ball behind your back - let it press into your muscles and breathe into the pain. Lie flat on the floor and put it beneath other tights muscles - shoulders, butt, calves.

I have to say anxiety. You must be worried about something, even if it's minor. I go through the same thing and trust me there is no natural cure. You have to come to peace with what you are dealing with. See a personal counselor to work it through. Good luck!

Try exercising and exhausting yourself, until you feel sleepy..
