Try putting a dab of Dawn dish washing liquid on it. Let it sit for about an hour but, make sure you rub it in first. Wash it but, don't dry it in the dryer because, if that doesn't help then the stain will set.

Use Dawn dish soap on the oil spot, full strength. Rub it in and then wash as usual. If the stain is still a little visible after washing/drying, repeat the process.

Apply ERA to the stain and let it soak for a few hours. Do not put it in the dryer until the stain is out, otherwise it will set. Good luck.

try oops, its sold to remove paint at walmart, its in the paint dept, it removes oil and tar too, put it on let it soak a bit and wash, if you arent sure its out dont machine dry it, drying sets stains. so put it on a plastic hanger and air dry, then check and see if it needs another treatment or two.

Regular shampoo works great for me. Then wash it regularly. Test to make sure the shampoo does not mess up the color or anything, before using it on the whole shirt...

Best!
