In Internet Explorer, Click on Tools, and go to Internet Options. Click on the Connections tab, and click LAN Settings. Check mark the first two options, and type in your IP Address (If you know) in the box under the second option. This should fix your problem, and you shouldn't have to reconfigure your Ip address again. (No need to learn how to create macros of boot programs)

Control Panel>Perform.&Maint.>Admin. Tools>Services. Right click on wireless zero config. and select "properties". On property window look for startup type and select automatic. Hope this will work for you also.

Write a startup batch file that runs find DNS server @boot.
That should have been included with the wireless NIC card.
