There are only 3 guys claiming to be the father so far. I think maury doesn't get involved till there are 13 possible fathers.

Yeah, Anna Nichole Smith till has Dna in her, even though she is dead, but..why the Maury Show? Doctors can prove that. All they need is the Dna of the Baby, and the dna of the three claiming to be her father. But yeah The Maury Should could prove it..but without the mother..there wouldnt be a show, would there?..I havent watched the show alot, but doesnt there have to be a mother on stage? idk..but yeah it is possible.

That is a great show idea! You should pitch it at http://www.mauryshow.com/.

Even though she has died the Court has ordered her body be preserved until 2/20 when there is another Hearing on the Paternity suit so her DNA could still be obtained.

However, the deciding factor in the case is not her DNA; it is the DNA of the men involved. Her DNA is needed to connect Anna Nicole Smith with Dannielynn to make sure there was not a switch at birth with another baby sort of thing, however...

The rumors are that Birkhead's lawyer strongly objected to her DNA being tested as there was no reason to do so because they may think he is not the father, but he possibility that her late son, Daniel, may have been.

Yes, all they have to do is get the DNA from the baby and send it to Adam Rodriguez on CSI:Miami and the world would have and answer in a fraction of a second cause Ad Rod is real quick

Yes. you do not need maternal DNA (DNA from the mother) to determine the paternity of a child.
