There are special drops you can use to prevent this called "Swimmer's Ear Drops", or you can mix them yourself - it's a 50/50 mix of rubbing alcohol and "Sweet oil" or use Extra Virgin Olive oil. Personally, it I only need to get it out occasionally, I use my hair dryer after I've bounced on one leg with my head turned to the side to get out all I can. Do not use a Qtip under any circumstances. If you feel you need to clean them out occasionally, I'd suggest candling them. You can get ear candles at a health food store for $2.00 - $3.00 each, with directions. Look them up online and read about them at www.relfe.com Hope this helps.

Just lean down on your side and let it seep out. You might want to use a little peroxide to loosen the wax
