I would say partly false. There are many very attractive old people. I agree with the comment on overweight people. When I say overweight, i mean people that are fat, slobby, lazy, don't take care of themselves, wear sweat pants, etc.
There are also some ugly skinny people too.

No there is this one women that I saw who looked like she was 27 but she was a super model cheer leader for years.
She was actually 50.
As far as being overweight.I would say to each their own.
I've seen some overweight women take good care of themselfs and their skin was beutiful.
So no that's not always true.
