Eh, technically. I filed for divorce, and started dating someone 5 months later. I knew there was no way in hell I was going to rescind those divorce papers. Five months after that, my divorce was finalized. So I guess in that time, I was guilty of adultery but the state took forever to hear my case and frankly I was all about getting on with life. However, I was NOT merely separated, my divorce papers were filed and a trial date was set.

Technically it is not consider as adultery since both of you have separation. If both of you are still married, then it is considered as adultery

Yes, if you are still legally married then it is adultery, regardless of whether you are living together. It is always adultery until your divorce is complete.

Yes it is. You need to go ahead and just follow through with a divorce if you want a relationship with someone else. You are already apart.. might as well make it permanent if your looking elsewhere.

Yes it is adultery until the judge decreeds that you are no longer married in the eyes of the law in the state in which you live. Once he signs that decree it is over.

Ouch, I know the situation i'm in it right now. She asked me not to be with anyone else out of respect, i agreed and will fufill that. Just sit it out and wait till everything is done, odd's are you won't find your soul mate within that time frame, and if they are they sure can wait.

separation just means you are apart but, you are still married legally and it would indeed be adultery.

if YOU SEPARATED THEN YOUR SINGLE
WHATEVER GOES THEN !!!!!!!!
So find yourself someone else to ease your mind til things are finished. Remember that even though your single you still have some type of feeling for your ex so just date casually instead of starting another relationship. YOU NEED TIME TO HEAL EMOTIONALLY !!!!!!!!!
