You mean do you get shorter? (or did you mean weight??)
Not generally, not unless the pregnancy has somehow affected your spine - you can lose height through chronic spinal problems.
While you are pregnant your posture may change and if you stand differently to accomodate the extra weight you are carrying out in front you might look a bit shorter. You might get used to standing that way and continue to do so after the birth.
Ask your doctor about it.

No...the only reason you should lose any height would be because of some sort of bone problem, so if you have you need to ask your doctor about it.

No. You shouldn't. It could be a sign of a spinal problem. Check it out with a doctor and/or a chiropractor.
