can i as the CDL HOLDER access my DAC report?

Question

i wanna know whats on my DAC report. to see if im clean from my previous job. i was given a voluntarey quit by the company...suppossely better for me to get another job...insead of them terminating me. so i weanted to know what or did they put the reason on my DAC report.
