We get sometimes white water coming out of part of the taps at home. Other taps have clear water.
Why is that happening? Is it unhealthy to drink it? How to solve it?

because their are wire filters which allow air to get inbetween which makes it not solid anymore.

Why are rapids and waterfalls white but flowing water clear?

The faucet mixes the water with air so what you see are tiny air bubbles.
Since the air bubbles have a reflective surface, light bounces off the surface of the bubbles.
You see it as a reflexion of whatever light color strikes the bubbles.
Under a red light it would appear red ,and not white.
